Our Complaints Handling Process

  2. Investigation: Your concern will be forwarded to the relevant Team Leader and our Business Manager, depending on the area of the business it relates to. They will conduct a thorough investigation, which may involve requesting additional information from you.​

  3. Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days of receiving all pertinent information. If more time is required, we will inform you of the delay, the reasons for it, and the expected timeframe for resolution.​

  4. Final Response: Upon concluding our investigation, we will provide you with a detailed response outlining our findings and any actions taken.
